Forget the glamour ties. Forget the title race. This is where the real drama happens in the Premier League.
Burnley versus Fulham at Turf Moor is a genuine relegation six-pointer, and both managers know that defeat could have catastrophic consequences.
Burnley's nightmare
The Clarets are deep in trouble. Just 10 points from 15 matches leaves them 19th in the table, seven points from safety. Only Wolves have fewer points, and they look like a lost cause already.
Scott Parker's side have won just three league games all season. They have conceded 28 goals - joint worst in the division alongside West Ham. The defence is leaking goals, the attack is misfiring, and confidence is on the floor.
Last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Newcastle was another hammer blow. Burnley had chances but could not take them, and that has been the story of their season.
Fulham's freefall
Marco Silva will tell you that Fulham are not in a relegation battle. The stats suggest otherwise.
The Cottagers have lost three of their last four matches, including that heartbreaking late defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend. Marc Guehi's 87th-minute winner extended their miserable run against their London rivals and left Fulham sliding down the table.
They sit 15th on 17 points. Not in immediate danger, but not safe either. Another defeat here and suddenly the bottom three does not look so far away.
Key men
For Burnley, everything runs through Jay Rodriguez. The veteran striker is one of the few Clarets players who consistently shows fight and quality. If he is on his game, Burnley have a chance.
Fulham will look to Raul Jimenez and Samuel Chukwueze to provide the attacking threat. Chukwueze in particular has been electric recently - a goal or assist every 46 minutes makes him one of the most efficient attackers in the league.
What this match means
A win for Burnley would close the gap to safety and give the fans something to believe in. A win for Fulham would put daylight between themselves and the bottom three.
A draw helps nobody, really. Both teams need maximum points.
Turf Moor will be hostile, loud, and desperate. These are the matches that make or break seasons. These are the matches that managers lose sleep over.
Barry's prediction
Burnley 1-1 Fulham
I cannot separate them. Both teams are struggling for confidence, both have defensive issues, and both will be terrified of losing. A nervy, scrappy draw feels right.
Neither manager will be happy with a point. But in this situation, not losing is almost as important as winning.
